What is Cardio Coach™?
Cardio Coach™ is a patented audio guided interval training
workout program.
The Cardio Coach™ workouts were recorded in a 48-track studio
with fully-automated mixdown. All sounds are genuine acoustic and
electronic instrumental performances, produced in cooperation with
audio engineers from all over the world. Each CD is digitally mastered
with analog design processing and enhanced spacial imaging for optimum
sound. The CDs are professionally duplicated through Discmakers
in 6 panel digi-pack packaging. MP3s are 'ripped' at 128kb and zipped
for optimal download speed.
