The Cardio Coach™ workouts were recorded in a 48-track studio with fully-automated mixdown. All sounds are genuine acoustic and electronic instrumental performances, produced in cooperation with audio engineers from all over the world. Each CD is digitally mastered with analog design processing and enhanced spacial imaging for optimum sound. The CDs are professionally duplicated through Discmakers in 6 panel digi-pack packaging.
