There are 4 Meal
Program Levels to choose from depending on your fitness
level and body composition. To determine your body composition you

Level 1 - YMP’s Foundation Fat Loss Program is the

Level 2 - YMP’s Advanced Fat Loss Program is formulated
to move a male's body fat percentage from 15% to 10%, and a female's
